Surgeons performing the same procedure often draw very different supply costs. Most analytics stop at showing you the gap. They don't surface what's driving it, quantify what closing it would be worth, or point to what to do about it.

This session walks through an agentic AI approach to that problem. Using clinical signal from 1.64 million real perioperative procedures, we show how an agent detects cost variance, benchmarks surgeons against fair peer groups, simulates standardization scenarios, and produces a committee-ready recommendation pack in about 30 minutes.

The procedure standardization agent is a prototype. You'll see it run on real data, and we'll be straight about what it does and doesn't do today.
